Delete Your Account
To delete your Pocket Adjuster account and all associated claim data, you can do either of the following:
Option 1 — Delete in the app
Open Pocket Adjuster → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately initiates deletion.
Option 2 — Email us
Send a deletion request to support@pocketadjuster.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Before you delete: All of your claims, photos, documents, and chat history will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Export any data you wish to keep before proceeding. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details on data retention.
